I’ve never—in my life-- felt better! I owe it all to exercise, eating well and consciously working to stay happy and positive. Yes, we do have to work at being happy--We can train ourselves to see the good in every situation and stay positive! I love sharing my diet and exercise tips. I write about the tough times--like how I deal with my chronic back pain from an injury that forced me to leave my career as a TV News Anchor. I share how I've been able to get fitter, leaner and happier---ALL while dealing with the pain and getting older.
At this age, people don't expect us to be in shape. Seems society is comfortable with us being uncomfortable. As we age we're supposed to become stagnant, gain weight and look our age. Well, no thank you!
I will fight for a better physique every day in every way I can. It's fun to be an anamonally, someone who is fitter as she ages. So, you should join me. We will have fun.
And as we look better, our friends and family will begin to notice and ask what you're doing. How are you staying fit at at a time when it seemingly gets harder and harder to do it.

Now, a word of warning--I'm not perfect. I struggle. This is after all--hard. There's no magic pill, magic formula. But I refuse to give in to poor health.
